I have a camera and I'm not afraid to use it!
That means a lot to me because this was pretty experimantal!
I took 3 similar pictures on a tripod so that the only thing about the three what is different is the cars.
At home i put the three together in PS the second with blening mode "different" and the third with "normal" but only 40% opacity.
Then i played around a bit with luminosity and a few other parameters till it looked like i wanted it to
9 Photoshop layers, 3 hours of work...
